Over the past 3 weeks, youth coaches from FC VVC have successfully completed the internal course for beginner youth coaches.
Given the great enthusiasm among the participants during this three-day youth coaching course, it can be concluded that the training was well-received.
The youth coaches of FC VVC were introduced to basic training methods in a club-specific manner. The collective approach, presented interactively, ensured a varied and dynamic course.
Just like last season, the board of FC VVC approached the Youth Football Training to offer this specific training to its youth coaches.
The participants made significant progress over these 3 weeks, and the drive of this group to improve the youth training at FC VVC was clearly evident. There was also a strong desire among the youth coaches to organize a follow-up training program afterwards.
