Want to transfer from another club to FC VVC? Of course, you can do so before the KNVB deadlines.

Please note: Your cancellation is only final once you have received a confirmation from our membership administration. It is therefore not possible to arrange this through a coach/leader.
In case of late cancellation, the full contribution for the new season must be paid. This is due to the fees payable to the KNVB and the club’s planned budget.
A transfer is necessary if you have played for another club in the past year, or have been a member of a KNVB club in the last 3 years.
If you haven't played for a KNVB club for more than 3 years, a transfer is usually not necessary.
June 15 is the last day that transfers can be submitted to the KNVB. After that, it is very difficult, and dispensation is often only granted based on good reasons AND for a lower playing level (B-category instead of A-category).
If you cancel after May 31, the entire contribution for the new season is indeed due. This is related to the fees we, as a club, must pay to the KNVB. Additionally, we have prepared a budget for the new season based on the membership administration known on May 31.

Due to the annual busy period around team selections, it's even better to know early on who will remain a member, become a member, or unfortunately stop at FC VVC.

We do not automatically receive notification from the KNVB when someone from our club has submitted a transfer to another KNVB club. Therefore, if you do not inform us about your cancellation, we still consider you a member.
