School holidays are over, the league has started again, and this season, FC VVC is once again participating in the Great Club Action. With the proceeds, as a club, we can continue to invest in our youth and organize great activities. And the best part is: you can help us with this AND have a chance to win amazing prizes!
When Do We Start?
The Great Club Action 2025 starts on Saturday, September 20. Sales are done through the well-known sales booklets, but it’s also becoming easier to sell tickets online. This way, everyone can participate!
How Do Ticket Sales Work?
All youth players from Champions League up to JO12 will receive their sales booklet from their team leader or coach starting September 17. Haven’t received a booklet after that date? Ask your team leader or coach for it.
With this booklet, you can sell tickets in two ways:
- Via authorization in the booklet: the buyer fills in details and the amount is automatically debited.
- Online via QR code: each booklet has a personal QR code. The buyer scans this code, chooses the number of tickets, and pays directly. The tickets are automatically registered in your name.
A ticket costs €3, and 80% (€2.40) goes to our club. This year, in addition to individual tickets, you can also sell a Super Ticket: 50 tickets at once (€150), ideal for companies that want to surprise their staff and support the club at the same time.
Do you have a booklet without a personal sticker? No problem! With the standard QR code, you can also sell tickets online. The buyer just needs to select you as the seller for FC VVC.
Haven’t received a booklet at all but still want to participate in online sales? Players outside the JO12 category can also participate. Pick up a sales booklet from the match secretariat starting September 20 or sign up via techniek@fcvvc.nl. We will then ensure you are registered.
How Can We all Participate?
Youth players sell tickets to family, friends, and neighbors using the booklet or their QR code. But everyone can contribute!
- Members and parents buy tickets and also encourage grandparents, uncles, aunts, neighbors, and friends to participate.
- Sell Super Tickets! For €150, a company or group buys 50 tickets. Ideal for giving away to staff or clients. This can also be done online or via techniek@fcvvc.nl.
- Coaches and team leaders actively encourage their teams and ensure timely submission of the booklets in the drop-off box at the match secretariat (by Sunday, October 26 at the latest).
What Does it Yield?
For FC VVC, the Great Club Action is an important source of income. This year, as a club, we aim for a minimum amount of €7,500. We want to use this for training materials and for upgrading the complex.

Just like last year, FC VVC also has additional prizes for our own best ticket sellers:
- 1st prize: a brand new FC VVC training kit
- 2nd prize: an FC VVC winter jacket (quilted jacket)
- 3rd prize: an FC VVC rain jacket
Additionally, every seller receives a token for a drink in the canteen for every 25 tickets sold (maximum 3).
