Over the past few months, many volunteers have shown enormous dedication and commitment to creating the new team selections. You can find these provisional team selections here.
Putting together the team selections is a challenging and time-consuming task every year. We carefully look at player development, team composition, individual situations, and the future of our youth academy. In doing so, many different interests and wishes must be weighed to arrive at a selection that is appropriate for as many players as possible.
The team selections have been drawn up under the responsibility of our Head of Youth Development and age group coordinators. Subsequently, the Technical Coordinator and Technical Youth Coordinator also reviewed them to jointly arrive at the most careful selection possible.
Within a club with over 1,000 members, it is impossible to put together a selection that everyone fully agrees with. Different insights and questions are part of a large and involved club like FC VVC. That is precisely why we appreciate the efforts of all the volunteers who spent many hours of their free time on this process.
Given the timing in the season, this is a provisional selection. Changes may still occur in the coming period due to new registrations, cancellations, or other developments. The large number of new registrations for next season is something we as a club are particularly proud of.
For now, it may be that some teams still have open positions to fill. We will ensure that at the start of the season, all teams have enough players.
